Custom Artwork
Because all custom paintings are created specifically for each client, custom artwork is final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds once work has begun.
Each piece is an artistic interpretation created from the reference photos provided. While every effort is made to capture the character and details of your space, the final painting will reflect the artist’s style and may not be an exact replica.
If you have questions or special requests, please reach out before placing your order. I’m always happy to help ensure expectations are aligned.
Prints
All sales on the website are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately at amy@amytownerart.com with photos of:

Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
Custom artwork
Digital files
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Minor color variations due to screen differences
