All artwork created by Amy Towner Art is protected under United States copyright law.

The artist retains full copyright ownership of all original artwork, including custom commissions, paintings, and illustrations, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Purchase of an original artwork or print grants the buyer a license for personal use only. This includes display in a home or gifting to an individual.

Artwork may not be:

• Reproduced or copied

• Scanned or digitally altered

• Used for commercial purposes

• Resold or redistributed

• Used in logos, branding, marketing materials, or merchandise

without prior written permission from the artist.

All custom artwork is created in the artist’s individual style and is considered an artistic interpretation. Exact replication of reference photos cannot be guaranteed. The accuracy of custom artwork depends on the quality and clarity of reference images provided by the client. The artist is not responsible for missing or obscured details not visible in the reference photos. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor and screen differences.
