Processing Time

Custom artwork:
Each painting is created to order and typically take 6-8 weeks to be delivered.

Prints:
Prints typically ship within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times will vary, but you can expect for the print or painting to be shipped in 5-7 business days. Amy Towner Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at amy@amytownerart.com with clear photos of:

The damaged item

The packaging

We will talk through the situation and next steps together.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Amy Towner Art is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If an issue occurs, I’m happy to assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
